Reiki is a Japanese technique founded by Usui Mikao to initiate self healing.

 

It allows energy to flow into the body through the hands of the practitioner and stimulates healing at a
very deep level by bringing the mental, emotional and physical body into balance.

Reiki raises awareness about self-care, self-love and self-development, helping to banish
negativity and it works wonders in clearing spaces, releasing blocked energy, and filling warm,
peaceful free-flowing energy, which stimulates a person’s own natural healing abilities.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. The
path of the healing is not known, so anyone who receives Reiki treatment must be open to
changes, expansions and possible actions.

Reiki might have a positive effect on all forms of illness and negative conditions and it works in harmony with all other forms of healing, including drugs, surgery, psychological care or any other method of alternative care and can be received as an individual or as a combined treatment with massage,

cranio-sacral therapy or acupuncture.

Reiki treatments are safe and are suitable for everyone, so can be safely used on Infants to Adults including Pregnant Women.
